Purchases may be returned within 30 days from date of purchase.

Returns must include:

  • The complete item(s) you intend to return.
  • The order number and a copy of the packing slip.
  • Appropriate packaging to protect the returned item from shipping damage.

Return postage is at your expense. Media mail (or first class for items under ten ounces) is typically the most economical means of postal return. You may elect to choose delivery confirmation. Items that are not received by us without conformation are not eligible for a refund.

Once the item(s) have been received by our associates, we will assess the condition of the item versus how it was shipped to you. Item(s) returned in significantly different condition will be assessed a restocking fee based on determined loss of value. Returned item(s) missing components (ex: CD's, DVD's, data disks, or other non book components) will be considered incomplete may cause forfeiture any refund. If item(s) are returned with plastic coverings opened (including CD's, DVDs, data discs, or item(s) themselves) the return may be considered invalidated and may result in forfeiture any refund. If the item(s) returned are found to be in the same condition as initially sold, we will then issue a refund minus a restocking fee and original shipping charges.
